Bell Cornwall Recruitment is pleased to be recruiting an HR assistant at a large, national law firm in Birmingham city centre. This is a brilliant opportunity for HR assistants to progress in their careers.
The Role of an HR assistant will include: (but is not limited to)
- You will be responsible for providing administrative support throughout the whole employee life-cycle
- Uploading new employers to the HR system and compiling new starter paperwork
- Responding to HR queries to staff across the business
- Understanding HR policies and procedures
A great candidate:
- Strong team player who is highly organised
- Previous HR experience
- Good knowledge of Microsoft applications
- Excellent communication skills
- CIPD level 3 desired not essential
