Because this position is based in the Education sector you will need to either have a current Enhanced DBS or open to having one processed.
This will be a temporary contract until the end of July, but it could possibly be longer than this.
- As an experienced HR Business Partner you will be supporting the People Services team with Case Work management.
- You will be involved in organisation re-structuring projects.
- Offering support and guidance to a team of ER Advisors.
- Working closely with the Senior HR Director and Manager, offering support in other areas of the business.
- Implementing guidance programmes for Managers.
- You will need to have a CIPD Level 5 0r 7 qualification.
