Description

  • Act as a trusted HR Business Partner to senior leadership, delivering best-in-class HR support and people solutions
  • Lead the design and delivery of programmes in employee engagement, leadership and management development, and organisational development.
  • Shape and implement people strategies that align with corporate objectives, driving performance through culture and capability.
  • Drive DE&I, performance management, employee relations, and change management across the business.
  • Champion talent management by identifying, nurturing, and developing internal capability.
  • Partner with key stakeholders to influence decision-making through data, insights, and strategic advice.

Profile

You'll be a strategic and collaborative HR professional, ideally CIPD-qualified, with experience in complex, fast-paced environments. You bring a blend of business partnering and deep expertise in people development, coupled with the confidence to work with senior leaders and influence at the highest levels. Experience in industrial or operationally focused sectors is advantageous. You're passionate about creating inclusive, high-performing cultures and bring a proactive, solution-focused mindset.
