- Develop and implement a strategic workforce planning framework to meet future organisational needs
- Use people analytics to generate actionable insights and influence decision-making
- Partner with senior leaders to translate business priorities into workforce requirements
- Integrate workforce planning with key people processes, including talent, learning, and performance
- Identify capability gaps and shape interventions to build organisational capacity
- Champion evidence-based workforce planning and a culture of continuous improvement
Profile
- Proven experience in strategic workforce planning or organisational design
- Strong analytical and stakeholder engagement skills
- A collaborative, data-driven approach with the confidence to challenge and influence senior leaders
- Experience working within complex, multi-stakeholder environments (public sector experience desirable)
