  • Develop and implement a strategic workforce planning framework to meet future organisational needs
  • Use people analytics to generate actionable insights and influence decision-making
  • Partner with senior leaders to translate business priorities into workforce requirements
  • Integrate workforce planning with key people processes, including talent, learning, and performance
  • Identify capability gaps and shape interventions to build organisational capacity
  • Champion evidence-based workforce planning and a culture of continuous improvement

Profile

  • Proven experience in strategic workforce planning or organisational design
  • Strong analytical and stakeholder engagement skills
  • A collaborative, data-driven approach with the confidence to challenge and influence senior leaders
  • Experience working within complex, multi-stakeholder environments (public sector experience desirable)
