Telesales Executive
Location: Birmingham – On-Site
Overview
An established manufacturing and engineering business is looking for a Account Manager to join their team on a temporary-to-permanent basis. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong communication skills and sales experience to step into a fast-paced, supportive environment with long-term potential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle both incoming and outgoing sales call
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Maintain and update customer records and internal databases
- Provide administrative support to the sales team
- Build and nurture relationships with clients
- Liaise with internal departments to ensure smooth order fulfillment
Ideal Candidate
- Previous experience in telesales, customer service, or sales administration
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail
- Comfortable working in a busy, target-driven environment
- Knowledge of materials used in manufacturing is an advantage
- Familiarity with the engineering or industrial sector is a plus
