What Youll Be Doing:
Leading audits for mid to large clients across varied sectors
Planning and overseeing engagements from start to finish
Being the go-to contact for clients and building strong, lasting relationships
Guiding and mentoring junior team members, providing day-to-day support and formal feedback
Collaborating with Partners to ensure quality delivery and effective communication
Getting involved in team development, new business opportunities, and broader firm initiatives
Who Were Looking For:
Qualified ACA/ACCA (or equivalent)
Confident running audits independently and managing deadlines
Excellent communicator and natural relationship-builder
Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering quality work
Proactive and comfortable working across multiple projects
A team player who enjoys mentoring and contributing to a positive team culture
Full UK driving licence required
