- 4+ years' experience as a Business Analyst, with significant experience in financial services (banking, accountancy. insurance, asset management, etc.)
- Strong understanding of user integration planning and execution, including stakeholder engagement and user readiness
- Demonstrable experience with large-scale migration projects to Microsoft 365 and Azure
- Broad knowledge of the full project lifecycle, from requirement gathering to delivery and optimisation
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
