Salary - £50,000 - £60,000 base OTE £70,000 - £80,000, Car (EV or Hybrid) or Car Allowance, plus other Company Benefits.

The Role
As a Business Development Manager, your role will be an even split between managing existing accounts and driving new business opportunities within the HoReCa sectorranging from coffee shops and restaurants to hotels and contract caterers. Youll manage a portfolio of 812 accounts with spends between £500,000 and £4 million, while actively hunting for and converting new opportunities. Youll work closely with internal teams to translate client briefs into actionable solutions and present these with confidence. Strategic thinking, strong communication, and a proactive mindset are essential as you balance nurturing long-term relationships with securing fresh business to fuel growth.
The Person
Youll have a strong track record in business development or account management within the hospitality or foodservice industryideally working with clients such as hotels, restaurants, coffee shops, contract caterers, or bars. Experience with CAD is a plus but not required.
