- We are seeking an experienced Software Engineering Manager to oversee a distributed development team focused on complex SaaS applications using Microsoft Azure.
- The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software engineering, with proven experience managing teams and implementing best practices.
- Candidates should possess a solid understanding of Microsoft Cloud architecture and experience in leading the development of SaaS solutions.
- A minimum of several years of experience in software engineering management is required, along with familiarity with Agile methodologies and TDD principles.

The company has a software engineering core therefore you will have a track record of managing software engineering teams, setting and maintaining best practice software engineering standards across your organisation. You will almost certainly have been an accomplished software engineer before going into leadership and management roles. Ideally you will have a good understanding of the Microsoft Cloud architecture and have led the development of SaaS solutions. You must have managed a substanstial development team ideally using TDD principles with an Agile based methodology.
To fit in this organisation you will be someone with a collaborative approach. You will be working closely with Product Management, Architecture, QA / Testing and Project Management to deliver new SaaS functionality that keeps their products as the solutions of choice for clients.
