We are looking for a 1st Line IT Support / helpdesk with a couple of years experience to join an industry-leading company in Birmingham on a 3-month interim contract for their helpdesk.

This will require you to be fully in-office, Monday to Friday, at their central Birmingham office.Their offices are 10 minutes walk from Birmingham New Street.The hours will be 10:00am to 6:00pm.

Required Experience:

  • 1 + years' experience in a 1st line IT Support role on an IT Helpdesk.
  • Exceptional customer service.
  • Experience with helpdesk ticketing systems.
  • ITIL exposure
  • Experience with Mobile Device Management solutions.
  • Microsoft (365, Windows, Outlook, Teams, etc).
