HR Systems and Data Administrator - 12-month FTC Birmingham£31,500 p/aBell Cornwall Recruitment are delighted to be working with a large public sector organisation based in Birmingham. They are looking for a HR Systems and Data Administrator to join their Workforce Planning Team on a 12-month basis.Duties and responsibilities of HR Systems and Data Administrator include:

  • Accurately input and maintain comprehensive training schedules within the rostering system, ensuring all staff receive required training while maintaining operational cover
  • Monitor employee absences and vacancies to ensure training availability, while considering skills, rank, and fire engine type
  • Process and manage complex amendments to employee records with accuracy
  • Support wider Workforce Planning Team processes on systems such as UKG and Oracle, including tasks related to staff moves, leave, payments, and tickets.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Strong IT skills, with experience of using various software packages, including Excel
  • The ability to handle and process large amounts of manual and computerised information with care and confidentiality
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Previous experience in staffing or rostering.
