People Systems Analyst
Birmingham (Hybrid - 2 days per week in-office)
Salary: Up to £38,000

Are you an experienced People Systems Analyst with a strong background in SAP Business Objects and HR data reporting? Do you thrive in HR systems analytics, process improvements, and system administration? If so, this could be the perfect role for you!

The Role
This position sits within the payroll and people systems team of a well-established organisation. They are looking to enhance their reporting capabilities and improve system efficiencies. You'll play a key role in building reports from scratch, optimising Business Objects, and supporting system improvements within iTrent.

Key Responsibilities:
Report Development - Design and maintain reports using SAP Business Objects, ensuring accurate HR data insights.
System & Process Optimisation - Support system improvements, integrations, and upgrades, particularly within iTrent.
Process Mapping - Identify inefficiencies and recommend process improvements.
Stakeholder Collaboration - Work closely with payroll and HR teams to ensure smooth system operations.
Data Integrity & Compliance - Ensure GDPR compliance and high-quality data management.

What We're Looking For:
Strong experience with SAP Business Objects - ability to build reports from scratch.
Previous experience working with iTrent or similar HR/payroll systems.
Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
A problem-solver who can improve processes and enhance system performance.
Excellent stakeholder communication skills and experience in HR systems administration.
