An ERP Account Manager (SAP Business One, CSM, Customer Success, Account Management, Remote) is required by a specialist SAP Business One partner operating entirely remotely with a collaborative, close-knit team and a support centre in Newcastle. With around 70 clients across the UK, they deliver real business value through SAP Business One and associated solutions.

You will need the following experience:

  • Proven background in ERP account management, ideally with SAP Business One or similar systems.
  • Strong consultative approach to customer success and business value delivery.
  • Track record of identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities within an existing client base.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Willingness to travel to client sites when required.

This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a fully remote role with comprehensive support and structured onboarding. You'll receive all the tools and flexibility to thrive in a role focused on customer retention and success, with bonuses linked directly to performance and gross profit contribution.

In your day-to-day, you'll conduct Quarterly Business Reviews, gather Net Promoter Scores, and work strategically with clients to ensure they maximise their investment in SAP Business One. You'll liaise closely with the professional services team to align on upcoming projects and proactively manage accounts post-go-live, maintaining a 95%+ customer retention rate.
