Client Delivery Manager – Central Birmingham / Hybrid £55,000 - £65,000 + bonus, 35-hour work week and great benefitsThis profitable and rapidly-growing organisation require a skilled Client Delivery Manager, who has proven experience embedding technology into professional services teams. You will have a history of delivering digital services and platforms that are seamless and accessible for customers / clients / staff.As Client Delivery Manager, you will lead a small team of Technology Consultants, managing capacity and prioritising workload. You will help foster a culture of continuous improvement and ongoing development amongst the client solutions team whilst also being involved in strategic decisions and potentially product development.The role will be hybrid, with the expectation of 2 days per week in their central Birmingham office. Monthly visits to Nottingham will be required.Package:

Experience / Responsibilities:
  • Previous experience as a SCRUM Master
  • Experience working in the professional services e.g. finance, insurance, legal
  • Proven experience leading, coaching and developing teams.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Understanding of low code platforms such as Power Platform is desirable
  • Experience of working within Agile and Scrum practices.
