You will be responsible for leading a team, maintaining quality and safety standards, and ensuring production targets are met.Key Responsibilities" Oversee daily logistics operations, ensuring production runs smoothly" Lead and motivate a team, providing guidance and support" Ensure compliance with Health & Safety regulations and company policies" Monitor stock levels and coordinate the movement of materials" Assist with problem-solving and drive continuous improvements" Communicate effectively with supervisors and other departmentsWhat We're Looking For" Previous experience in a manufacturing, logistics, or warehouse environment" Leadership or supervisory experience is highly desirable" Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills" Good understanding of Health & Safety and quality control procedures" Willingness to work on a rotating shift pattern
