Evolve are looking for enthusiastic Kitchen Team Leaders to join our growing team. We are looking for people who are passionate and keen to deliver great customer service in various locations in and around Birmingham.
The desired applicant would have the following;
- Previous Kitchen experience
- An out-going personality
- Ability to lead a team in a high pressure environment
- Ability to work under pressure and part of a team
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Must have Safety Shoes!
- To feel comfortable in a position of authority

Pay from £13.50ph
Holiday pay is accumulated on top of your hourly rate. The more you work, the more holiday you accrue and you can take it whenever you wish.
Working from different locations in and around Birmingham
Monday-Sunday - Flexible Hours!
Paid 4 weekly, Part time and temporary work, plenty of hours available
Training (Allergen Certificate, Food Safety Level 2, COSHH, Manual Handling Training and Health and Safety Level 1)

Duties:
- Assisting the kitchen team by cleaning the kitchen area and washing up
- Lead the Porter team by example
- Communicate closely with the Chefs
- Basic Food Prep and following Food Hygiene Protocols
- Ability to work in a team and also independently
- Moving heavy items across the kitchen
- Must be able to communicate effectively
- Must have a positive attitude and the ability to work in a fast paced environment
