Are you a flexible and experienced Secondary Cover Supervisor looking for work in Great Barr?
Winner Education is seeking a Cover Supervisor to deliver English, Maths, and Science lessons at secondary schools in the area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging lessons in English, Maths, and Science at KS3 and KS4
- Adapt teaching methods to support students of all abilities
- Create a positive and inclusive learning environment
- Monitor student progress and provide feedback
- Offer 1:1 support for pupils with additional learning needs
- Assist GCSE students with exam preparation
- Follow school policies and maintain classroom discipline
Requirements:
- Teaching experience in a secondary school setting
- Strong subject knowledge in English, Maths, and Science
- Excellent classroom and behaviour management skills
- Ability to work flexibly across different schools
- A passion for teaching and supporting student progress
