The Role
- A Senior Real Estate Underwriter, based in the Midlands office
- Working with brokers up and down the country, you will be underwriting new business accounts in the Commercial / mid-market sector - whether this be Commercial or Investment portfolios for Residential properties.
- Using a uniquely developed product, that will match and in some cases better the market competition
- Use the existing BDM support network to build pipeline and extract opportunity
- Use your firm underwriting experience to write the accounts on a profitable basis.

You as a Real Estate Underwriter
- Strong Property underwriting experience - not necessarily in Real Estate.Â
- A desire to focus on building the Real Estate account, and positively contribute to teams evolvement
- A desire to work with a number of broker relationships across the UK Regions
