You’ll handle a wide range of cases, from high-volume to more complex risks, with premiums between £2.5k and £100k.This role is focused on managing and developing an existing book of business, with some exposure to new business opportunities. You’ll be expected to apply sound judgment in underwriting decisions, always within your authority limits, and to build strong relationships with brokers and clients to secure renewals and support growth.You'll be part of a 12-person team based in Birmingham, the largest regional hub, supported by experienced underwriting leaders.
