  • Own the diaries! Manage complex calendars for busy bankers (Associate level and above).
  • Be the scheduling hero: Coordinate meetings and conference calls across multiple time zones.
  • Jet-set planner: Organise international and domestic travel with flair.
  • Keep things moving: Handle expenses, invoices, and admin tasks like a pro.
  • Be the go-to support: Help with team queries and pitch in where needed.
  • Team player bonus: Provide phone and holiday coverage when needed.
Requirements: 
  • 2+ years’ experience in an assistant or coordinator  - This is a MUST as you need to be experienced with managing diaries
