Description

The Finance Administrator will;

  • Manage and process financial transactions with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Prepare and maintain financial records and reports for internal and external purposes.
  • Creating client codes, raising invoices and credit notes, chasing debts, maintaining financial trackers, running/analysing financial reports and, in some lines of service, budget preparation.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
  • Support the finance team with budgeting and forecasting processes.
  • Handle accounts payable and receivable duties as required.
  • Collaborate with other departments to provide financial insights and support.
  • Respond to queries from stakeholders regarding financial matters.

Profile
