Are you a Graduate Town Planner with around 6 months of professional experience, looking to take the next step in your planning career?

The Role:
You'll be working closely with a team of experienced planners and project managers on a wide range of planning applications and development projects. This is a varied role that offers real responsibility from the outset, and the chance to build your skills within a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Supporting the preparation and submission of planning applications
Conducting site appraisals and policy research
Liaising with local authorities, stakeholders, and clients
Assisting with appeals and development assessments
Contributing to project planning and delivery across multiple sectors
About You:
A degree in Town Planning or a related discipline (RTPI-accredited preferred)
Around 6 months of experience in a planning role (public or private sector)
A genuine interest in development planning and shaping places
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Confident using planning systems and digital tools
Ambitious, proactive, and eager to grow professionally
