With a strong regional presence and a diverse client base, the company offers planning, architecture, surveying, valuation, and business advisory services across the Midlands. Their office is based in Shropshire.

Duties of the role:
- Supporting and managing planning applications, appeals, and site promotions
- Preparing reports, plans, and development research
- Handling a personal caseload of small-scale projects
- Assisting senior colleagues on larger or more complex developments
- Liaising directly with clients from varied sectors - from homeowners to large-scale developers
- Attending site visits and providing on-site planning advice
Candidate Requirements:
- Degree in Town Planning or a related subject
- Working towards RTPI membership
- Strong communication skills and a confident, calm approach
- Proactive, thorough, and keen to grow professionally
- A problem-solver with excellent written English
- Previous experience in a public or private planning role is advantageous, but not essential
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle ideal
