Key Responsibilities:-
Lead and support planning and development assignments, ensuring timely delivery to a high standard.

Develop and manage strong client relationships, particularly within the public sector, including the Ministry of Justice.

Identify and secure new business opportunities across the region by leveraging existing client networks and market knowledge.

Collaborate closely with colleagues across multiple departments and regions to provide joined-up, multi-disciplinary advice.

Act as a key point of contact for clients and provide commercially focused planning advice on a wide range of development schemes.

Take an active role in internal business development initiatives and planning strategies, helping to drive the team's future growth.

Supervise junior team members and contribute to their ongoing professional development.

MRTPI qualified with a relevant planning degree.

Minimum 3-5 years of post-qualification experience in planning, ideally within consultancy or a client-facing environment.

Strong technical competence in relevant planning sectors and a deep understanding of the Midlands market.

Demonstrated ability to manage clients, lead project teams, and generate new business.

Commercial awareness and an understanding of the broader real estate landscape.
