We are representing a global real estate consultancy in their search for a driven and experienced Senior Planning Consultant to join their Birmingham team. Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and support planning and development assignments, ensuring timely delivery to a high standard.

  • Develop and manage strong client relationships, particularly within the public sector, including the Ministry of Justice.

Candidate Profile:
  • MRTPI qualified with a relevant planning degree.

  • Minimum 3-5 years of post-qualification experience in planning, ideally within consultancy or a client-facing environment.

  • Strong technical competence in relevant planning sectors and a deep understanding of the Midlands market.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage clients, lead project teams, and generate new business.

  • Commercial awareness and an understanding of the broader real estate landscape.

  • Excellent communication, report writing, and presentation skills.

  • Strong team player with a proactive and ambitious mindset.
