With a diverse portfolio spanning residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments, this team is known for delivering results - and they're now looking to bring a talented Town Planner on board to support their continued growth.

What You'll Be Doing:

Preparing and submitting planning applications and appeals
Conducting site appraisals and contributing to development strategies
Engaging with local authorities, clients, and key stakeholders
Supporting senior team members on a wide variety of planning projects
Keeping up to date with changes in planning policy and legislation

What They're Looking For:

RTPI-accredited degree in Town Planning or a related field
1-3 years' experience in a planning role (public or private sector)
Strong report writing and communication skills
A proactive attitude and genuine interest in shaping great places
RTPI licentiate or newly chartered status (or working towards it)
