I'm working with a well-established and rapidly growing planning consultancy that's making waves across the Midlands region and beyond. With a diverse portfolio spanning residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments, this team is known for delivering results - and they're now looking to bring a talented Town Planner on board to support their continued growth.



What You'll Be Doing:

  • Preparing and submitting planning applications and appeals

  • Conducting site appraisals and contributing to development strategies

  • Engaging with local authorities, clients, and key stakeholders

  • Supporting senior team members on a wide variety of planning projects

  • Keeping up to date with changes in planning policy and legislation



What They're Looking For:

  • RTPI-accredited degree in Town Planning or a related field

  • 1-3 years' experience in a planning role (public or private sector)

  • Strong report writing and communication skills

  • A proactive attitude and genuine interest in shaping great places

  • RTPI licentiate or newly chartered status (or working towards it)
