I am working with a leading multi-disciplinary consultancy based in Birmingham, which is looking to expand its planning team. They are currently recruiting for a Planner, Senior Town Planner, and Associate Town Planner to join them on a permanent basis.

The Role:
路Preparing and submitting planning applications and appeals
路Providing planning advice to clients across various sectors
路Managing projects and liaising with local authorities and stakeholders
路Supporting or leading on site appraisals, planning strategies, and policy reviews
路Mentoring junior staff (Senior and Associate level)

Key Requirements:
路A degree in Town Planning or a related discipline
路MRTPI status (for Senior Planner level) or working towards accreditation for Planner level.
路Experience in planning consultancy or local authority
路Strong knowledge of the UK planning system and relevant legislation
路Excellent written and verbal communication skills
路Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
