My client in Central Birmingham is currently seeking an experienced Architectural Technician or Technologist to join their expanding Architecture Team.
Job Summary:
Are you an Architectural Technician or Technologist looking to develop your career with a forward-thinking, multidisciplinary consultancy? My client has a strong presence across the built environment, delivering high-quality projects in sectors such as commercial, residential, education, and public buildings.
This is an excellent opportunity for a technically skilled individual with experience in BIM Level 2 and Revit, who is passionate about design delivery and innovation in construction. You will be involved in all stages of the project lifecycle, supporting technical development, documentation, and contract management while working closely with clients and internal teams.
Experience Required:
- Recognised qualification in Architectural Technology or equivalent professional experience.
- MCIAT or TCIAT registered (or working towards).
- Solid experience in a UK-based architectural or construction environment.
- Proficient in CAD and 3D visualisation software; working knowledge of Revit is essential.
- Capable of delivering projects to at least BIM Level 2 standard.
- Strong technical skills with a good understanding of UK Building Regulations.
- Confident in client liaison and developing strong working relationships.
- Commercially aware with a flexible and proactive approach to work.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a collaborative team.
- Ability to support contract administration and post-construction phases.

Location: Central Birmingham
Salary: £35,000 – £45,000 (DOE)
