They are seeking a dedicated and technically-driven Architectural Technologist to join their collaborative team and play a crucial role in delivering exceptional projects across the UK and Europe.

The Role:

As an Architectural Technologist, you will play a crucial role in our project delivery, contributing to a diverse range of exciting and challenging schemes. You will be responsible for translating design concepts into robust technical solutions, producing high-quality documentation, and ensuring the technical integrity of our projects from inception to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing detailed technical design solutions from concept through to construction.
  • Producing comprehensive drawing packages, specifications, and schedules using Revit.
  • Collaborating closely with architects, designers, and other consultants to ensure coordinated and integrated designs.
  • Applying in-depth knowledge of building regulations, British Standards, and relevant industry best practices.
  • Contributing to the technical review and quality assurance of project documentation.
  • Attending project meetings and liaising with clients and contractors as required.

About You:

  • Highly skilled and proficient in Autodesk Revit is essential. You should have a proven track record of using Revit to deliver complex architectural projects.
  • Strong technical knowledge of building construction, materials, and detailing.
  • Excellent understanding of UK building regulations and planning processes.
  • A meticulous eye for detail and a commitment to producing accurate and high-quality work.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively within a team.
  • Proactive, organised, and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
