Architectural Technologist

Location: Birmingham

Salary: 35-45,000

We're working with an award-winning architectural studio in Birmingham that is looking to welcome an experienced Architectural Technologist to its team. Key Requirements:

  • Significant post-qualification experience on UK-based projects

  • Excellent technical knowledge of building design, including CDM and Health & Safety strategies

  • Proficiency in Revit and Adobe Creative Suite

  • Strong understanding of construction methods and UK Building Regulations

  • Excellent organisational and leadership skills

  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines

Role Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-level technical support to architects across studios

  • Deliver detailed technical drawings and documentation throughout project stages

  • Ensure compliance with building standards, regulations, and health & safety requirements

  • Collaborate with design teams on diverse and award-winning projects

  • Demonstrate and apply advanced Revit skills in project delivery
