We are partnering with a multi-award-winning architectural studio in Birmingham that is seeking a talented and experienced Architectural Technologist to join its growing team. Key Requirements:

At least three years of post-qualification experience working on UK-based projects
Strong technical expertise in building design, with solid knowledge of CDM regulations and Health & Safety considerations
Proficiency in Revit and Adobe Creative Suite software
Thorough understanding of UK Building Regulations and contemporary construction methods
Highly organised, with the ability to lead, coordinate, and manage workloads effectively
Team-oriented approach with the ability to perform under pressure and meet deadlines

Role Responsibilities:

Provide expert technical input and support to architects across the studio
Prepare and deliver comprehensive technical drawings and documentation across all project stages
Ensure projects adhere to building regulations, statutory requirements, and health & safety standards
Work closely with design teams to deliver innovative, award-winning projects to a high standard
Apply advanced Revit knowledge to aid in efficient project delivery and coordination
