Architectural Technologist

Location: Birmingham

Salary: 35-45,000

We are partnering with a multi-award-winning architectural studio in Birmingham that is seeking a talented and experienced Architectural Technologist to join its growing team. Known for producing innovative, design-focused projects across multiple sectors, this studio provides an environment where technical excellence and creative thinking are equally valued.

Key Requirements:

  • At least three years of post-qualification experience working on UK-based projects

  • Strong technical expertise in building design, with solid knowledge of CDM regulations and Health & Safety considerations

  • Proficiency in Revit and Adobe Creative Suite software

  • Thorough understanding of UK Building Regulations and contemporary construction methods

  • Highly organised, with the ability to lead, coordinate, and manage workloads effectively

  • Team-oriented approach with the ability to perform under pressure and meet deadlines



Role Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert technical input and support to architects across the studio

  • Prepare and deliver comprehensive technical drawings and documentation across all project stages

  • Ensure projects adhere to building regulations, statutory requirements, and health & safety standards

  • Work closely with design teams to deliver innovative, award-winning projects to a high standard

  • Apply advanced Revit knowledge to aid in efficient project delivery and coordination
