As an Architectural Technologist, you will play a key role in shaping the practice's architectural vision. The practice focuses predominantly on Residential projects, ranging from luxury builds to large-scale master plans and high-rise properties across the UK. Therefore, a strong background in the Residential sector is essential for this role. Housebuilder experience in particular would be highly advantageous.
To succeed in this position, you must have a deep understanding of current building regulations and be skilled in producing detailed technical drawings. Experience in coordinating with stakeholders like local authorities and contractors will be advantageous. If you are a creative problem-solver, this role is a perfect opportunity to showcase your talent.
Revit proficiency is a must for this role, along with AutoCAD.
The successful Architectural Technologist can expect a salary between 35,000-45,000 with competitive benefits.
