Workforce Manufacturing is currently working with a leading client in Birmingham to find an experienced Laser Setter / CNC Laser Operator for a permanent, dayshift role. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing team and take your career to the next level!
What You’ll Be Doing:

Set up, program, and operate CNC laser cutting machines with precision

Read and interpret technical drawings to produce high-quality parts

Ensure accuracy, quality, and safety across all operations

Perform basic machine maintenance and troubleshooting

Work as a key part of a friendly, professional team
What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience as a Laser Setter / CNC Laser Operator

Strong attention to detail and quality-focused

Ability to work efficiently and safely

Reliability and excellent timekeeping
