Employment Solicitor – Associate LevelLocation: Stratford-upon-Avon or Birmingham (Hybrid Working)PQE: 1-4 Years  An established and forward-thinking regional law firm is seeking an ambitious Employment Solicitor to join its growing team. With offices in Stratford-upon-Avon and Birmingham, the firm offers genuine flexibility, a collaborative culture, and a strong commitment to personal progression. This is an exceptional opportunity for a commercially aware and personable Associate to work alongside experienced Partners in a team known for its high-quality work and impressive client base. You'll be part of a tight-knit group, currently experiencing its busiest period to date, and playing a central role in its continued success. The RoleYou’ll handle a predominantly non-contentious caseload, with around 75% employer-focused advisory work and 25% involving senior employee matters. The emphasis is on strategic support and long-term relationship-building, rather than reactive litigation – tribunal work is rare and typically resolved early. The team operates with a modern mindset – hybrid working is well established (usually 3 days in-office, 2 from home), and you'll enjoy autonomy without being left to fend for yourself. Ideal Candidate Profile
  • Solicitor qualified in England & Wales, with at least 1 year’s PQE in Employment Law

  • Genuine interest in business development and building client relationships
