We are currently recruiting for a Locum Civil Litigation Solicitor to join a large local authority in Birmingham.

As a Locum Civil Litigation Solicitor you will work full time to undertake a varied caseload of civil litigation matters. This role will suit candidates who thrive in a fast-paced environment and seek a varied caseload.

The client needs someone with experience of High value breach of contract, contentious landlord and tenant matters including dealing with forfeiture claims, breach of data protection, property litigation, penalty charge notices and boundary disputes in all tracks.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience of Civil Litigation and be a confident advocate. Court attendance is an essential part of this role, and the role requires 1 day a week office presence in the central Birmingham offices. Hybrid working is offered and all I.T. equipment will be provided by the end client.
