A background in IT/Telecoms would be advantageous but not essential.  Candidate profile -
  • Offer pragmatic and commercial legal advice to the growing UK business.
  • Strong background in commercial contract drafting of all sizes. Negotiate where required with external clients and suppliers.
  • The candidate must be confident to work independently and although guidance can be given a level of confidence is required.
  • Provide support to senior stakeholders across the Group, ensuring decision making is made in a commercial fashion and legal advice is followed through.
  • Support other team members where required with any 'ad hoc' legal assignments.
 Role Requirements:
  • Minimum 3+ PQE in Commercial Law based in the UK.
  • In-House experience is not required, 
  • IT/Telecoms and SaaS experience would be desirable but not essential,
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy is essential,
  • Ability to work autonomously and handle multiple tasks in a fast paced environment,
  • Work as part of a UK wide legal team in various locations.
