Commercial Litigation Solicitor – 3+ PQE | Birmingham | Hybrid Working | Competitive Salary + Benefits A leading, forward-thinking law firm in Birmingham is seeking a talented Commercial Litigation Solicitor to join its growing Dispute Resolution team. With a strong emphasis on innovation, collaboration and delivering exceptional client service, this firm offers a dynamic environment for ambitious legal professionals looking to take the next step in their career. About the RoleDue to continued growth, the firm is looking to appoint an experienced Commercial Litigation Solicitor with at least 3 years’ PQE. You’ll handle a wide variety of complex litigation matters including:
  • Contractual disputes and claims made under personal guarantees
  • Shareholder, partnership, and company disputes
  • Professional negligence claims
  • High-value personal disputes
  • Insolvency litigation, including setting aside statutory demands, winding-up petitions, and claims involving insolvency practitioners
You’ll join a collaborative and well-supported team of five lawyers, with access to paralegal and secretarial support. While the role will require you to work independently, you’ll benefit from working closely with highly experienced colleagues and be encouraged to contribute to the continued success and growth of the department. What We’re Looking For
  • 3+ years' PQE in commercial litigation (more senior applicants welcomed)
  • Strong technical expertise and confident case management skills
  • Excellent drafting, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to build strong client relationships and contribute to business development
  • A commercial mindset and a proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Experience from a commercial litigation-focused environment (not high street)
