We are a niche law firm offering a personal and quality service who specialise in Commercial Litigation but also have Private Client, Family / Divorce, Property and Insurance departments. We are a multi-office law firm based in Birmingham who are expanding both organically and through acquisition. This is the perfect opportunity to join an already growing firm with clients

Our Commercial Property department works with high-net-worth individuals, investors, and ambitious businesses across the Midlands and beyond. As part of the team, you will play a key role in delivering clear, practical advice and building lasting client relationships.

What we are looking for:

• A minimum of 3 years’ experience in Commercial Property ( post-qualification)
• A solid grounding across the full spectrum of commercial property work, including freehold and leasehold acquisitions and disposals, leases and assignments, new build developments, planning approvals and conditions, wayleaves and easement agreements, and SIPPsc. 
• An ambitious, forward-looking individual keen to develop and grow.
• Proven ability to build and nurture client relationships, with a following being a welcome asset
• A commercial mindset with an interest in business development, supported by our marketing team and the wider firm
