We're looking for a driven Projects & Construction Solicitor (0–2 PQE) to join this growing team in Birmingham. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain exposure to high-quality national and international transactional construction and projects work.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Advising on major non-contentious construction matters across infrastructure, energy and real estate sectors
  • Working on complex commercial contracts, development agreements and project documentation
  • Collaborating closely with colleagues across our UK and international offices on headline-grabbing work
  • Developing long-term relationships with high-profile clients and supporting on pitches for new work

? What We’re Looking For:

  • 0–2 years’ PQE with experience in non-contentious construction, infrastructure, or commercial contracts
  • Training from a respected commercial firm (ideally Tier 1–3)
  • Excellent communication skills and strong commercial awareness
  • A collaborative, proactive mindset with the ability to build strong relationships internally and externally
  • A genuine interest in developing your career in projects and construction law
