What you'll be doing

You’ll handle your own case load of residential property transactions from instruction to post-completion, with the support of a friendly and experienced team of paralegals. Our office-based environment encourages collaboration, mentoring, and real-time client service.

Your responsibilities will include:

Document Preparation

  • Drafting, reviewing, and managing all legal documents for property sales and purchases

Due Diligence

  • Conducting searches, verifying ownership/title, and spotting red flags to protect clients

Client & Stakeholder Communication

  • Liaising with clients, solicitors, estate agents, and lenders to keep everyone informed

File & Compliance Management

  • Keeping meticulous records and ensuring all transactions comply with legal and regulatory standards

Financial Handling

  • Preparing financial statements, managing payments, and coordinating with lenders (including Help to Buy)

Land Registry & Post-Completion

  • Handling stamp duty, registrations, retentions, and file closures

What we're looking for

We’re open to both qualified Solicitors and Licensed Conveyancers with strong experience in residential conveyancing.

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience managing your own case load
  • Confident in freehold, leasehold, new build, and shared ownership transactions
  • Excellent communication, organisation, and client care skills
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and risk management
  • Comfortable working in an office-based role in Redditch
