Salary £ 80,000 - £110,000 DOEMy client, a leading and entrepreneurial Legal 100 firm, is looking to expand their highly successful Corporate team in Birmingham by adding a Senior Associate or Legal Director.This is a fantastic opportunity to join one of the largest and most respected corporate teams in the UK. The team is consistently ranked in the top three across all UK regions for M&A activity and has excelled in recent years due to a growing client base and high-quality work. Due to the increasing volume of work, they are looking for a talented corporate lawyer to help continue their success and growth.Key Responsibilities:

  • Advise on a wide range of corporate law matters, including M&A, joint ventures, and general corporate governance.
  • Develop and maintain up-to-date knowledge on corporate law issues and share expertise with colleagues across the team.
  • Contribute to business development and identify networking opportunities, both internally and externally.
  • Support and mentor junior members of the team.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and deliver exceptional client service.

About You:

  • 5+ years PQE with a strong grounding in corporate law.
  • Excellent technical knowledge, drafting skills, and commercial acumen.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and collaborate with colleagues and clients alike.
  • Proactive, ambitious, and highly organised with a keen attention to detail.
