Focussing on employment matters for clients in the healthcare sector, you will be providing advice on both contentious and non-contentious related employment matters. THE CANDIDATE:We are keen to recruit an ambitious and motivated Employment Solicitor with approximately 2 years’ PQE in dealing with both contentious and non-contentious employment law and be comfortable advising employers within the health and care sector. You should have excellent technical knowledge along with strong drafting skills and a commercial approach to problem-solving. You will have experience of dealing with tribunal matters, conducting investigations and a desire to deal with high-quality matters.
