We are now seeking a Paralegal to join our busy and highly regarded Housing & Property Litigation team.

The Role
As a Paralegal, you will provide vital support to our solicitors in a wide range of housing and property litigation matters. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain high-quality experience in a top-ranked litigation team.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Assisting solicitors in managing a caseload of housing and property litigation files.
  • Drafting legal documents, witness statements, and correspondence.
  • Conducting legal research and preparing case summaries.
  • Liaising with clients, barristers, experts, and court staff.
  • Preparing trial bundles and supporting fee earners in hearings.
  • Attending client meetings and taking detailed notes.
  • Administrative support including file management and billing.

About You

  • We are looking for candidates with:
  • A law degree (or equivalent) and ideally LPC/SQE (completed or in progress).
  • Previous paralegal experience (housing, property, or litigation experience highly desirable).
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to work to deadlines.
  • A genuine interest in housing and property law.
  • A proactive, professional, and client-focused approach.
