We are now seeking a Paralegal to join our busy and highly regarded Housing & Property Litigation team.
The Role
As a Paralegal, you will provide vital support to our solicitors in a wide range of housing and property litigation matters. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain high-quality experience in a top-ranked litigation team.
Key responsibilities include:
- Assisting solicitors in managing a caseload of housing and property litigation files.
- Drafting legal documents, witness statements, and correspondence.
- Conducting legal research and preparing case summaries.
- Liaising with clients, barristers, experts, and court staff.
- Preparing trial bundles and supporting fee earners in hearings.
- Attending client meetings and taking detailed notes.
- Administrative support including file management and billing.
About You
- We are looking for candidates with:
- A law degree (or equivalent) and ideally LPC/SQE (completed or in progress).
- Previous paralegal experience (housing, property, or litigation experience highly desirable).
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work to deadlines.
- A genuine interest in housing and property law.
- A proactive, professional, and client-focused approach.
