An exciting opportunity has arisen for a NQ-2 year PQE Housing Litigation Solicitor to join a leading commercial law firm. What you'll do:
As a Housing Litigation Solicitor, your role will be pivotal in advising social landlords on various housing management issues. You will handle possession claims, injunction claims, anti-social behaviour litigation, and cases involving the Equality Act 2010 and the Mental Capacity Act 2005. Your keen eye for detail will be crucial in managing breach of tenancy claims and social housing fraud. You will also work on access injunctions for gas and electricity safety, resolve failed succession cases, and handle service charge disputes. Your ability to build strong interpersonal relationships will be key in this role.
- Advising social landlords on a wide range of housing management issues
- Handling possession claims and injunction claims
