Job RoleAs a Senior Associate in the Birmingham Pensions team, you'll handle a varied and high-quality caseload advising corporates, trustees, and public bodies on DB and DC schemes. You'll also contribute to strategic projects such as risk transfers and scheme restructuring.

Key Responsibilities* Providing tailored legal advice on occupational pension schemes* Managing complex and day-to-day pensions matters independently* Drafting detailed legal documentation and supporting project delivery* Supervising junior team members and contributing to their development* Collaborating with national colleagues to provide seamless client service

Job Requirements* Qualified solicitor with 5+ years' PQE in pensions law* Strong technical skills and commercial awareness* Excellent communication, drafting, and problem-solving abilities* Team-oriented with a proactive, self-starting approach* Passionate about mentoring and knowledge sharing
