The successful candidate can expect to take on a caseload consisting of:
  • Divorce
  • Pre and post-nuptial agreements
  • Financial disputes and remedies
  • Cohabitation disputes / agreements
  • Child arrangements / disputes / abduction
  • Non-Molestation / occupation orders
