Are you an experienced Property Litigation Solicitor ready for your next challenge?A leading UK law firm is looking to grow its Property Litigation team with the hire of a Solicitor or Associate (3–7 PQE) across its Birmingham offices.

You’ll work across a wide range of contentious property matters for an impressive portfolio of public and private sector clients, including government bodies, housing providers, local authorities, NHS trusts, universities and developers.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Advising clients on complex property litigation, including cases up to the Court of Appeal
• Working on matters involving the Building Safety Act 2022, residential leasehold issues, forfeiture, service charges and tribunal claims
• Managing your own caseload with support from senior team members
• Engaging in business development to help drive the team's continued growth
• Supporting and mentoring junior colleagues

? What We’re Looking For:

• 3–7 years' post-qualified experience in property litigation (public or private sector)
• Excellent drafting, analysis and project management skill
• Confidence dealing directly with clients and working independently
• A commercial and practical mindset
• Strong interest in business development and team collaboration
