Real Estate Associate – Birmingham

A top tier international law firm is seeking an Associate Solicitor to join its dynamic real estate team in Birmingham. This is an opportunity to work on a broad mix of real estate matters including high value development and investment transactions, strategic landlord and tenant work and projects across asset classes such as logistics, residential, offices, industrial and retail. The team represents developers, investors, lenders and institutional funds on complex, high profile matters.

What the Firm is Looking For:

Experience and expertise:

  • Qualified Solicitor with at least 3 years PQE in real estate law
  • Experience handling acquisitions, disposals, leasing, development agreements or strategic land deals
  • Comfortable working across multiple asset classes or keen to specialise in a sector such as residential, logistics or mixed use
