Our client is seeking a Residential Property Solicitor (2+PQE) to join their Residential Property Team. This unique role offers the opportunity to work with charities, faith-based organisations, and social enterprises, providing a highly personalised service in residential property transactions. The successful candidate will manage a caseload of 15-20 new matters per month, focusing on exceptional client service rather than quantity. This role also offers hybrid working and dedicated support from a collaborative and experienced team.

What you'll do:
As a Residential Property Solicitor, your role will be far from typical. You'll handle residential purchases and sales for charities, faith groups, and social businesses, making a real impact. Your ability to manage a full residential conveyancing caseload (both freehold and leasehold) will be crucial. You'll build strong client relationships based on trust and service excellence while working independently to prioritise workloads and meet deadlines. Training on the specific requirements of charities or faith organisations will be provided.
