- Broad, predominantly non-contentious advisory workload, with a strong emphasis on preventative strategies and long-term client relationships
- Around 75% of matters are employer-side, with the remainder focused on senior-level employee advisory
- Tribunal matters are rare, usually resolved early – the emphasis is on strategic, solutions-driven support
- You'll work closely with the Head of Employment and existing Associate, offering both senior input and leadership within the team
- Hybrid working: typically 3 days in the office, 2 days from home, with Mondays being the team’s regular Stratford day
- Choice of base office: Stratford-upon-Avon or Birmingham
- High level of autonomy paired with supportive leadership and peer collaboration

- Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales, with 5+ years’ PQE in employment law
- Strong background in advisory work, ideally with a clear employer-side focus

- Proven ability – or appetite – to contribute to business development and grow the team’s market presence
